The P.A.S.C.A.L. Foundation (Play A Song Change A Life) (A.N.B.I.) is a concept and charity foundation dedicated to providing orphans and children in need who show an interest and promise in sports, media and entertainment, the proper Resources, Mentorship, Education, Healthcare, Nutrition. Farming and Entrepreneurship to assist them through their transition and journey from childhood into adulthood.
This is done by our international ambassador, liaison program, which is developed and run by people from and connected to the world of Media, Entertainment, Sport and Fashion.
It is with this unique approach we are able to reach our creative orphans, kids in need, local partners, fans and followers from the culture on a large scale in a more effective and efficient way.
The P.A.S.C.A.L. Foundation (Play A Song Change A Life) is currently active and raises funding for its special orphan, youth related projects, Diversity & Inclusion liaison program such as D.I.M.E.S. and the NFT Art Museum by a way of donations, music streams, TV formats and special projects.

The P.A.S.C.A.L. Foundation (Play A Song Change A Life) and the D.I.M.E.S “Diversity & Inclusion” program was created by a successful, commercial businessman “Stef van der Velde” and his partner, a Music, Media and Entertainment Executive who grew up in an orphanage since the age of five, both founders have seen and overcome their share hardships in their respective journeys.
Although both entrepreneurs are distinctly different, both share the vision that all orphans, children in need along with their families deserve a help in hand combined with the right support, resources and mentorship, it can provide them the possibility to reach their full potential in life.
Our founder(s) recognize the fact that the path to happiness and success is not always an easy or fair one but by uniting the motivating power of music, entertainment and “Giving” it could provide orphans,children in need and adolescents the right help that could indeed help thousands of them collectively one child at a time change the world for the better.
MISSION
The Mission of the P.A.S.C.A.L. Foundation (Play A Song Change A Life) as well as the D.I.M.E.S program is to bring about a permanent and positive change in the lives of today’s orphans, children in need and their parents. We want to give these children the awareness that they are the key to their own creative potential, so that they too will dare to dream again, but above all regain the passion, drive and belief in themselves to make their dreams come true.
Most children who are orphans or who live in a low-income households, sometimes find it hard to connect to traditional learning methods because of their past or present circumstances involving trauma in combination with an unstable living environment.
A very large number of these children like our founders, are very creative, because dreaming and creating is a way for them to escape their reality. The P.A.S.C.A.L. Foundation (Play A Song Change A Life) and D.I.M.E.S (Diversity In Media Entertainment Sport) want to provide structural solutions by providing support, mentorship, internship and information in various creative and vocational areas. Offering new possibilities, which our target groups can work on themselves with the support of the Foundation.
Our work will therefore have an indirect impact on the social environment of these children, not just for now but also for future generations.
Together with NGO’s (non Governmental Organisations), AID (help organisations) Entertainment, Media, Sport and Fashion companies in the Netherlands, but also beyond.
We provide a curriculum that gives orphans and children in need as well as their parents the opportunity to develop themselves in Education, Health, Nutrition, Sports and Creativity.
Our ambition is for NGO’s, AID organisations, Entertainment, Media, Sport and Fashion companies to adopt and apply our methodologies, so that a positive structural and sustainable change can be brought about Globally in the lives of Orphans, Children in need and the industries for which they will later become a part of.
